Signature Living is the largest hotel and serviced apartment operator in Merseyside. The company owns several key properties including the Signature Living Hotel, 30 James Street Hotel and The Shankly Hotel.
Signature Living asked Zanto Digital to implement a full rebrand, build two new websites, run their email marketing campaigns and produce all of their printed marketing assets. The objective was to increase the amount of direct bookings through effective inbound and traditional marketing.
After producing and refining hundreds of logo concepts we arrived at a design that reflected Signature’s unique style and personality. The logo worked effectively across all digital and offline assets.
We designed and developed a new website for the Signature Living Hotel. The website showcased the unique themed accommodation at the hotel and allowed customers to book online. This, in turn, reduced Signature Living’s reliance on booking platforms such as Late Rooms and Expedia.
Our design team produced brochures that presented all of Signature Living’s unique characteristics and booking options in a visually stunning format. In addition, specialist brochures for weddings and corporate events were produced.
After all existing customer data and new customer data collection had been organised we orchestrated ongoing email marketing campaigns to increase the amount of repeat bookings. Open rates are far higher than typical industry standards.
